By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to both these Terms of Use and the Corporation’s Privacy Policy.

Copyright Infringement Claims
The Corporation respects the rights of copyright holders. Those who have access to the F Corporation’s system or networks and repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights will have their access terminated, and the infringing material will be removed. If you believe your work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512:

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall confer any right or benefit on any third party. If any of the terms or conditions contained herein are held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use shall be construed, and the legal relations between the parties shall be determined under, the laws of the State of Texas (excluding any in-of-law rules that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction), with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Texas.
