Who We Are
The Del Valle Community Development Corporation is an organization established on January 22, 2020 in Mercedes, Texas. The organization is governed by a 8-person community based Board of Directors that serves on a volunteer basis to determine policy for the corporation.
What We Do
The Del Valle CDC was established to help revitalize and stabilize the housing needs of low-and-moderate income families through the development of affordable housing.
Our Mission
The Del Valle Community Development Corporation mission is to expand housing opportunities available for the impoverished including low-and-moderate-income residents of South Texas.
